Baby-friendly carrot snack
Ingredients:
250 g. Greek yogurt
350 g. Wheat flour
4 tsp. Baking soda
80 g. Grated mozzarella cheese
1 large handful of grated carrot
Course of action:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Start by mixing flour with baking powder. Add other ingredients and knead well.
Sprinkle some flour on the table and roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Leave the dough approximately 2.5 cm. High. With an optional cookie cutter, stick approximately 30-35 pieces. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes.
