Can I have an item added to an existing order?
We can only withdraw payment for the amount that you have approved when you completed your payment. If you wish to add items, please contact us
as soon as possible at kontakt@ayava.dk
Can I track my package?
When your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Here you can follow the package's path to you.
How long will it take before I receive my package?
We endeavor to deliver your package within 1-3 days. There may be delays during extra busy periods, such as sales.
If you have made an order outside of Denmark, please expect a few days more before delivery.
I haven't received my package, what do I do?
You will have received an email with a tracking number from us. You can use this to see where your package is.
If you have not received a shipment number, you are welcome to contact us at kontakt@ayava.dk, and we will probably help you.
I forgot to pick up my package, what do I do?
We can easily send the package again, but we will have to charge DKK 39 for shipping again. If you do not want us to send the package again, we will refund you the money. However, we deduct shipping and return shipping from the price.
What do I do if some items are missing?
If the accident should happen that we have been a little too fast during the packing, send us an email at kontakt@ayava.dk and we will make sure to resend the missing item.
Can I have goods delivered outside Denmark?
Yes, we deliver throughout Europe
Can I collect goods from you?
Yes, we will send you an email asking you to arrange pick up.
Can I pay with an EAN number?
Yes, send us an email at kontakt@ayava.dk with the desired items, quantity, color and your information.
I would like to make a complaint about a product, how do I do it?
If the item is damaged, has a fault or something completely wrong, send us an email at kontakt@ayava.dk and preferably with a picture of the fault.
