PAYMENT
AYAVA accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, ApplePay & Mobilepay.
Payment will only be debited to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Payment with EAN:
Send an email to kontakt@ayava.dk if you want to shop for a company and pay with EAN.
Reservation of amount
When using a payment card, debit as well as credit, a reservation is made for the amount traded for. This amount is reserved until the webshop has processed and shipped your order. When the order has been dispatched, the money is withdrawn from the account. The reservation time depends on the product/service.
Debit card authorization
With a debit card, you will be able to see that the money has been reserved on your account and that your available amount will appear here as being less. If you or the webshop subsequently cancel your order, the webshop cannot withdraw the money, but the reservation will continue to apply for a period. Note that only your bank (or card issuer) will be able to cancel the reservation.
Credit card authorization
The money will only be withdrawn from your account and appear in your overview when the webshop processes and withdraws the payment for your order
All amounts on the website include VAT.

DELIVERY
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 working days.

Shipping is a fixed price regardless of the size of your order.
You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without delivery" or "with delivery".
You will always receive a track and trace number so that you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
Unclaimed packages
If you have forgotten to pick up your package and it has therefore been returned to us, you must send us an email to kontakt@ayava.dk stating that you either want the package sent again or you want to return it. If you want the package sent again, we will send a charge of DKK 39 for shipping, which must be paid before we send the package. If you want the money refunded, we charge a fee of DKK 39 (for the return freight), which will be deducted from the original amount.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased on the website.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
You bear any return costs yourself.
Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and returned to us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of cancellation.
Requests to use the right of withdrawal must be sent to email kontakt@ayava.dk. In the notification, your wish to use the right of withdrawal must be clearly stated. You can also use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.
CONDITION OF THE GOODS WHEN RETURNED
You are liable for the deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the product in the same way as if you shopped in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It's up to AYAVA to assess the condition of the goods.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right to complain applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing.
Complaint regarding errors and deficiencies must be reported to AYAVA within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.
We refund reasonable shipping costs for justified complaints .
The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
AYAVA covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

COMPLAINT OPTIONS
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, the Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus. The mediation team will try to resolve the dispute by mediation, and if it is not possible to find a solution, you can bring the complaint before the Consumer Complaints Board.
It is basically a prerequisite for making a complaint that the product or service about which you want to complain has cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, the price must be at least DKK 720. The amount limits can be changed. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.
