DURUMBOLLS WITH CHEESE & HAM

Ingredients:
50 g Yeast
5 dl Water
1/2 dl Rapeseed oil
2 tsp Salt
400 g Wheat flour
400 g durum flour
250 g Mixture of mozzarella and cheddar cheese
200 g Ham
2 eggs
Course of action:
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water.
Add oil and salt.
Then stir in both types of flour a little at a time.
Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees fan.
After rising, knead the cheese, ham and eggs into the dough.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and form the buns (rustic).
Bake for approx. 10 minutes.
