Exotic Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
1 mango or 200 g.
1/4 dl. Water
2 tbsp. coconut
2 tbsp. oatmeal
A little lemon juice
1/4 dl. Water
2 tbsp. coconut
2 tbsp. oatmeal
A little lemon juice
Course of action:
Blend mango with water. Then add the other ingredients and blend again.
Tip:
It is also possible to add a little more water, so it can be served as a smoothie or a juice, depending on how much water you put in.
