Birthday Muffins

I love a birthday and especially the preparations. The other day I started making cupcakes because Aija loves them. I made a little extra out of them so they looked like ice cream.

I cheated because sometimes things have to go quickly and had bought a 'bake-of' package. The frosting is made of cream cheese and icing sugar and then a little melted chocolate on top with crumble and a cocktail berry😄
