Classic birthday buns
Ingredients:
50 g of yeast
100 g of butter
3 dl milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoons of sugar
700 g wheat flour
Course of action:
Crumble the yeast into a bowl.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Add the milk to this.
When the mixture is lukewarm, it is added to the yeast and the yeast dissolves in it.
Add eggs, sugar and salt to this. Tube.
Add flour a little at a time and knead until the flour is used up.
Let the dough rise for 60 minutes in the bowl with a tea towel over it
Form 15 buns and place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper and with a tea towel over it.
Let them rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees hot air. Meanwhile, beat an egg and brush the buns. Bake for 10 minutes.
