Cold-risen buns
Ingredients:
50 g. Yeast
5 DL. Water
10 dl. Flour
Course of action:
Dissolve the yeast in the water.
Add flour.
Knead well.
Put the dough in the fridge until the next morning (remember to film over the bowl).
Bake at 180 degrees (convection) 200 degrees (normal oven) for 15-20 min.
Serve the warm buns with butter.
