Healthy banana muffins
Ingredients:
130 g. Graham flour or rye flour
80 g. Oatmeal
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 mashed bananas
200 g. Peanut butter
130 g. Honey
200 g. Greek yogurt
1 DL. Milk
1 egg
1 tsp. Vanilla powder
Course of action:
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Then mash the bananas and mix with all the wet ingredients in another bowl.
Mix the dry with the wet ingredients and divide the batter into muffin cups.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Ingredients for "ice cream":
100 g. Peanut butter
20 g. Honey
1/2 dl Milk.
Course of action:
Mix all three ingredients well
When the muffins have cooled, they can be topped with "icing"
ATTENTION! Do not serve honey to children under 1 year of age, as they must not get honey even if the honey has been baked.
