Baby-friendly snack

Ingredients:

200 g boiled sweet potato

1 large banana

200 g wheat flour

3 tablespoons melted butter

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

Course of action:

Mash the potato after it has been cooked through. Likewise, mash the banana and mix together with the potato and the other ingredients.

Roll out to about 1-1 1/2 cm thick. Cut out with a shape of your choice and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 10 minutes.

Can keep for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
