Banana muffins
Ingredients:
150 g soft butter
100 g of sugar
75 g of brown sugar
4 eggs
5 bananas
175 g wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
100 g dark chocolate
Toppings:
100 g soft butter
100 g peanut butter
175 g icing sugar
1 tablespoon of milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
Method muffins:
Preheat the ovens to 175 degrees fan.
Beat the butter, sugar, brown sugar and eggs together. Mash the bananas and chop the chocolate and stir this into the dough. Then add flour and baking powder. Stir until the dough has a uniform mass.
Divide the batter into muffin tins (about 1 dl each) and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Procedure topping:
Beat butter and peanut butter together. After that, icing sugar is added a little at a time. Beat on low speed. Then add salt and milk. Slowly increase the speed of the whisk and whip for approximately 30 seconds.
When all muffins are baked and cooled completely, topping can be added. Sprinkle with chopped chocolate and serve.
