Banana pancakes
Ingredients:
Oatmeal:
1 1/2 dl oatmeal
2 dL water
Banana Pancakes:
Oatmeal
1 egg
1 banana
Course of action:
All ingredients for oatmeal are poured into a pot and boiled until porridge
When the porridge is ready, set it aside.
Mash the banana and add to the porridge together with the egg.
Stir thoroughly.
Fry on a pan like pancakes.
Tip: Add any peanut butter, cinnamon or fresh blueberries for the dough
