Healthy Cookies
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 dl oatmeal
1 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
Course of action:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Mash the banana with a fork.
Then oatmeal and peanut butter are added.
Stir well.
Using 2 spoons, form small cookies, which are placed on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
The cookies must be pressed flat before baking for 12-15 minutes.
