Shares with potato & cheese

Ingredients:
2 baking potatoes
150 g grated mozzarella cheese
3 eggs
100 g oatmeal
Large handful of spinach/feldspar
Salt and pepper
Course of action:
Grate the potatoes and squeeze out the juice by placing them in a tea towel and twisting it until the juice from the potato comes out.
Mix the other ingredients together and they are ready to be fried on a pan in butter or oil.
