Homemade wine gums

Ingredients:

200 g. Fruit of your choice
2 1/2 dl water
3 tbsp. honey
1 dl gelatin powder

Course of action:

Blend fruit, honey and water until there are no lumps.

Add the mixture to a pan, turn the heat to low and pour in the gelatin. Whisk until the gelatin is completely dissolved. It must not be gritty.

Pour into a mold of your choice and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
