Delicious Spinners with Ham & Cream Cheese

Ingredients:
50 g. Yeast
5 DL. Water
3 tbsp. Olive oil
1 tbsp. Honey
1 tsp. Salt
200 g. Durum flour
500 g. Wheat flour
Filling:
200 g. Cream cheese
1 bunch of chives
100 g. Ham strips
Course of action:
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water.
Add other ingredients except wheat flour. The wheat flour is added a little at a time. Knead well and let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
While the dough rises, make the filling.
Chop chives and mix with cream cheese.
When the dough has risen, roll it out into a rectangle of approx. 60x40 cm.
The filling is spread and sprinkled with ham.
Fold the dough in half and cut into approx. 20 strips.
Twist a strip and tie a loose knot.
Let them rise for a further 20 min.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
