Breakfast muffins
Ingredients:
2 dl Greek yogurt
250 g very ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/2 dl rapeseed oil
4 dl oatmeal
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Frosting:
250 ml cream cheese
Vanilla sugar
Course of action:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan.
All ingredients are blended together.
Divide into muffin tins and bake for 20-25 minutes.
While they are baking, you can make the frosting. Taste the cream cheese with vanilla sugar until it tastes good to your liking.
When the muffins are finished and completely cooled, you can decorate with frosting and freeze-dried strawberries.
