Healthy dairy products
Ingredients:
The cake part:
3 pieces. Egg
100 g. Dates
0.5 tsp. Vanilla sugar/powder
1 tsp. Baking soda
4 tbsp. Wheat flour
2.5 tbsp. Cocoa
Filling:
250 g. Mascarpone
2 tbsp. Honey
2 tsp. Vanilla sugar/powder
Procedure for the cake part:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan.
Mix eggs, dates, vanilla sugar and baking powder together. Add flour and cocoa, which are turned in.
In an ovenproof dish (approx. 20x25 cm) lined with baking paper, spread the dough and bake for 8-10 minutes
When the cake part is finished baking and cooled, the filling can be made:
Mascarpone, honey and vanilla sugar mix well.
Divide the cake into 2 equal parts and spread the filling on one of them. Fold the parts together and cut into desired sizes.
Keep refrigerated.
