Waffles with sweet potato flour
Ingredients :
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 egg
5.5 dl milk/water
125 g sweet potato flour from @koro_denmark
100 g wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
125 g melted butter
1 teaspoon of salt
Course of action:
Whisk all ingredients together and bake in a waffle iron. They can also easily be fried as pancakes if you don't have a waffle iron😄
