Lentils with cauliflower
Ingredients:
200 g. Cauliflower rice
100 g. Red lentils
2 fat, crushed garlic
1 finely chopped onion
2 eggs
1 1/2 dl wheat flour
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tbsp. Turmeric
Salt
Pepper
Course of action:
Cook the lentils according to the instructions on the bag.
Drain the water from the lentils and then pour them into a bowl.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees hot air.
Use fresh cauliflower that is chopped for "rice", otherwise cauliflower rice bought from frozen can also be used. However, this must have a quick boil first so that it is not frozen when used.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients well.
On a baking tray lined with baking paper, form the dough into meatball-sized balls and press relatively flat.
Brush with rapeseed oil and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
